Spreading the Gospel through Creation Evangelism
This is a very exciting time in the ministry. Contacts are being made around the world to share the Gospel through Creation Evangelism. God is also joining us with partners in the United States as we move forward on projects to fulfill the vision here.
Next month we will present the vision of Christian Worldview outreach to home school families representing several groups at Household of Faith in Garland, TX. On April first we will host a dinner at Lakeshore Church to increase awareness of our Mission Trip to Bulgaria this July.
Pastor Darin Ivanov has developed a plan to gain a wide viewing of the Materials he has translated into Bulgarian. We will place TV/DVD players in public locations such as libraries, schools and churches with a collection of Creation materials on DVD and in print. A local evangelical pastor will be connected to each location to maintain and add to the collection and direct interested parties into a local church. We believe this unique approach will be very effective in reaching the lost with reasons to believe.
Darin lectured on Apologetics in the Vision Bible School in Mezdra last month. This is the third lecture Darin has given in this Bible school system speaking previously in Lovech and a branch of the school next to the Black Sea called Nesebar. He tells me: "I have taught Apologetics in the AiG way and the only way that is proper, namely – God’s Word above every other word. Build your thinking, worldview and ultimately life upon God’s Word and trust it completely from beginning to end. Then you will have a framework that can explain the facts we observe in the present much better than everyone else." Darin, I couldn't have said it better myself. He also tells me he has discussed our TV/DVD project with them and they are interested.
Darin attended a 3-day Campus Crusade for Christ conference in Sofia February 10-12.
He tells me: "Campus Crusade for Christ in Bulgaria is one of the ministries that has utilized in the best way our materials." Joining together with other ministries has shown to be the best way to get this message out. I believe the Lord would have us come together in unity to do His work for His glory. Darin is showing us the way.
I encourage you to join together with us in supporting Darin with prayer and financial support as the Lord leads. There is more to do than he can do even full time in this ministry. He has been laboring for years in this work already all on his own time and badly under funded. Please help in anyway you can. We have great new brochures to share this ministry so let me know if you can help us contact more churches. We should also be updating the web site with a new contemporary look soon.
