We can see this happen right now in post communist countries. 

This is the second issue of our CWO newsletter. God is doing great things in the ministry and very quickly. Glorify His name and exalt His Holy Word. We have also published a web site at www.cwvo.net. It will contain updates on the projects I will be telling you about in this newsletter so I hope you will check back soon.

We are planning a trip to Bulgaria this Summer to work with Pastor and Creation Evangelist Darin Ivanov. Our major project is to place 10-15 TV/DVD combination sets in key public locations to offer the Creation Videos Darin has translated in Bulgarian for public viewing and study. Darin says he can place 100 of these so this is the start of a major project. We plan to have a reception at the placing of these sets where the hosting site (libraries, Universities, schools, churches, etc.) will invite the public for refreshments and an explanation of the project. A local evangelical pastor will be invited to attend so that there will be a connection into the church for those we reach with this fundamental Christian message. Darin has translated a number of Answers in Genesis Booklets into Bulgarian that have been printed that we will include with the site for further study. Darin has at least four more booklets translated now for which we hope to provide financing for printing before we arrive. The local pastor will be the follow up contact to place more videos and printed material as well as for discipleship of converts. This is going to be an exciting Christian outreach to this largely unreached nation so recently under the stronghold of communism. Significant funds have been contributed for this trip, but there will be many expenses to make this as effective as it needs to be. We are planning a dinner in a couple of months at Lakeshore Church to offer Defenders of the Faith an opportunity to participate. Please consider being a part of this great end time work of the Lord.

Working with Darin and Answers in Genesis on this great translation project has opened doors that are making this ministry a truly world wide outreach. Answers in Genesis has translations on their web site for many languages around the world. This and working with Darin has inspired the idea of joining up with other ministries to reach many nations with this important message in native languages: that the Bible is truly God's word and that it is true all the way back to the first verse. The Bible is our supreme authority in all things and the fact that the God we serve is the Creator of all things is the beginning of the gospel.

We are planning with Global Advance to include apologetics literature in the native language of the frontline shepherds at some of their conferences around the world for this next year. They are reaching tens of thousands of pastors a year who reach tens of thousands of Christians and potential Christians. This is new ground for Apologetics ministry and will bear much fruit. This has also led to working with Christ for India as there are currently no materials on the AIG site for any Language in India. Christ for India has indicated they are ready to translate, print and distribute apologetics material right away. They have translators available for Telegu, Hindi, and Malayamalam and perhaps other major languages of that great nation.

We are working with Christ for the Nations of Dallas, Texas on the construction of a 25,000 square foot Creation Museum that should open before the end of year. The building is built and the interior walls are being finished. The displays are about 1/3 ready and the rest needs to be funded ASAP. This is an exciting project in conjunction with Creation Truth ministry of Oklahoma that has a museum open in Eureka Springs, Arkansas at Christ for the Ozarks. They need to raise another $1 million ASAP. The prediction is that the museum will have 40,000 visitors per year. Personally, I think that might be conservative. With the $25 million Answers in Genesis museum opening soon in Florence Kentucky the awareness of this type of ministry is receiving national attention. The general Creation/Evolution Debate in this country is heating up and all will have to decide who is their authority: Darwin or God.

Speaking engagements to share the importance of the apologetics ministry and the opportunities the Lord has provided for missions continue to open up. Plans are in the works to speak at churches and other organizations during the next few months. I will include more details in upcoming newsletters.
