Spreading the Gospel through Creation Evangelism

Darin in the UK

Supporters of this ministry, this article is a must read. It is coauthored by Ken Ham and Dr. Monty White of AIG - UK concerning their recent Creation Conference in the UK. Our missionary, Darin Ivanov, is featured in the article.
"We want to give you one thrilling example of what the Lord is doing across the world. We met a young pastor from Bulgaria. This young man told us....."

Bulgaria this Summer

Pastor Darin Ivanov has developed a plan to gain a wide viewing of the Materials he has translated into Bulgarian. We will place TV/DVD players in public locations such as libraries, schools and churches with a collection of Creation materials on DVD and in print. A local evangelical pastor will be connected to each location to maintain and add to the collection and direct interested parties into a local church. We believe this unique approach will be very effective in reaching the lost with reasons to believe.  We are planning to go to Bulgaria this summer to start this great project and place a number of these TV/DVD/libraries in key locations.  You can donate a TV/DVD player for $150.

Bulgarians in the US

It was amazing. I taught for two hours while Chris (Pastor Histov - I am not spelling any of this right) translated at the Bulgarian Evangelical Church of Dallas a couple of weeks ago. Then men of the men’s group asked questions for an hour. When I told them of the AIG web site they all jumped out of their chairs to get literature to get the address of the site. It is just like you see in Bulgaria.  The people are hungry for the gospel and the things of God. This is not like Americans who are so full and fat and lazy.  I really love the Bulgarian people. Then they asked us to dinner and we fellowshipped for two more hours. They brought in the wives and children as some of the men did not stay. I talked to several of the men in more depth and so did Brother John who went with me. Some have been here only two months and one for over 30 years. The stories are all very interesting. Some of them like America very much. They are doing so well. I also found that they are not only intelligent, but very well informed. Some of their questions were about current stories in the news. I think we will be working together more.

Bulgarains Respond to the Gospel

Darin says:
“We are in the middle of a revival I would say. … I’ve never seen in my life people running and pushing each other to attend a “Christian” thing. This is happening now with all those people here that simply jam any of the places we use for the film projections. CCC have asked me to speak at 3 different types of follow-up events and I have to read a lot of materials that they want me to present. I have some freedom, but there some hard guidelines.”

I encourage you to join together with us in supporting Darin with prayer and financial support as the Lord leads. There is more to do than he can do even full time in this ministry. He has been laboring for years in this work already all on his own time and badly under funded. Please help in anyway you can. We have great new brochures to share this ministry so let me know if you can help us contact more churches.

CWO reaches out to the Ukraine

Sergei Golovin of the Christian Center for Science and Apologetics in the Ukraine tells me he has just sent 1,000 Creation brochures that Christian Worldview Outreach sponsored to the Global Advance Conference taking place in Kiev this month.  This is our first big project outside of Bulgaria and should be followed by many more.  Pray that everything will go smoothly.
