Taking Bulgaria for the Gospel
The door is open now!
Dear friends,
Darin Ivanov of Bulgaria was able to visit with us here in Texas last month for a busy week of sharing the vision to reach his country with the gospel using the tools of Creation Evangelism. Darin was able to speak in a number of Churches and a school and received a wonderful reception everywhere. We were able to raise funds to repair Darin's very old car that has failed him a number of times lately and we praise God for that. We also have funds to continue to develop the web site that will open many doors for the Kingdom of God across this former Communist country.
Now that Darin has returned to Eastern Europe he is telling me of a tremendous opportunity to reach the children of Bulgaria with the truth of science and the history of the world that declares the Gospel of Jesus in the public school system. I think Darin can tell you the need much better than I can. I hope you can see that this is the opportunity we have been waiting for and now is the time to move forward and support this work. Now about the CCC outreach. They have contacted me and told me that they are launching a massive outreach campaign inside the Bulgaria’s Public Education System. They are already invited in more than 150 elite public schools to project the Jesus for children movie and lecture about the Bible. They are an extremely well reputed organization here and usually work after obtaining all the necessary permissions and their work can hardly be attacked. They decided that it would be good if I can provide them with sets of the 4 films for each of the schools they are invited to. They have really seen their value and as I have been sharing before their student, military and etc. ministries use our films greatly. This means we can get right into the system and I believe this will lead over time to grass-root support for the introduction of the creation message of the Bible in the Bulgarian schools. This can be the opening door also for a major speaking ministry for me over time. God reminded me that CCC have distributed some 30 000 free DVD’s with this Jesus for children film. They have been working with a company and were given super price for their DVD. I know and have told them that I can’t produce so many copies of my films with what I have available right now to my ministry. I knew this company they worked with would be willing to give better offer if CCC asks for a quotation instead of me. I made CCC ask for a quotation and here are the results. I send them to you so that we can pray and ask God and our supporters if we can handle that. The opportunity is huge and crucial, so I decided to share it with you.
Each DVD mentioned in the offer includes :
- DVD disk with image on it
- DVD plastic box type “Amarei”
- printed full color paper cover.
This means a full final product DVD ready for us to distribute.
1. If I order 500 numbers of each film they will give me the exceptional price of 1,3 USD each. In this case the total amount of funds needed for the whole project will be 4 films X 500 numbers of each X 1.3 USD = 2 600 USD
2. If I order 1 000 numbers of each film they will give me the exceptional price of 0,85 USD each. In this case the total amount of funds needed for the whole project will be 4 films X 1 000 numbers of each X 0.85 USD = 3 400 USD
3. If I order 3 000 numbers of each film they will give me the exceptional price of 0,65 USD each. In this case the total amount of funds needed for the whole project will be 4 films X 3 000 numbers of each X 0.65 USD = 7 800 USD
If God would open a door of provision for us to work with this company and order one of this amounts this will be great in terms of economy of funds over time (each DVD copy is several time less money than the way I do it now). Not to mention the tens of thousands of the brightest Bulgarian young people (actually a whole generation) whose lives God will touch. I won’t depend on my friend any more for copies and it will save us so much money and time and equipment as the price they give us is unbelievable and this are people that have proved worthy and giving great final product. We will be able to advertise the new Bulgarian site that I paid to be built, via each of this DVD’s being distributed. The site will get very popular and over time we can build foundation of subscribers for a Bulgarian version of the Answers/Creation magazine and advertise every new product we have.
... please give me your thoughts! I pray and ask God to speak to me as this seems like one of the answers of our prayers for changing the destiny of the whole nation. It can happen really!
